Sportivacation Booking Terms & Conditions

These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to bookings made with Sportivacation Ltd. They set out the contractual terms between you and us and should be read carefully before making a booking

Who you are booking with

Your booking is with Sportivacation Ltd (Company No. 16546147), a company registered in England and Wales and a member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA No. X0765).

Financial protection

All qualifying package bookings are financially protected under the TTA Financial Protection Scheme.

Please note: event tickets may not be protected under this scheme.

Your booking

A booking becomes binding once we have received your payment (or deposit where applicable) and issued your booking confirmation.

The lead name must be over 18 and accepts these terms on behalf of the group.

Payments

Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

Changes to your booking

You may request changes, but these:

You may transfer your booking to another person up to 7 days before travel.

If you cancel

Cancellation charges apply:

Charges apply even if your place is resold.

Changes or cancellation by us

We may make changes to your booking where necessary due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible of any significant change.

Sporting events & fixtures

Sportivacation packages are built around attendance within a travel window, not a specific kick-off time.

Accommodation

Accommodation is provided as described.

We will use reasonable care to ensure that accommodation is provided as described. We are not responsible for matters outside our control, but this does not affect your statutory rights where accommodation or other services are not provided with reasonable care and skill.

Participation in activities

Some trips may include sporting activities.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain appropriate travel insurance for your booking. Your policy should provide suitable cover for cancellation, medical expenses and any activities you intend to participate in during your trip.

You are responsible for ensuring that your insurance is appropriate for your individual circumstances and the activities included in your booking.

Complaints

If you experience a problem during your trip, please inform us or the relevant supplier as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to resolve it.

If the matter is not resolved during your trip, please contact us at info@sportivacation.com as soon as reasonably possible after your return, providing full details of your complaint.

We aim to resolve complaints fairly and promptly. Nothing in this complaints procedure affects your statutory rights.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for the proper performance of the travel services included in your package in accordance with applicable UK law.

We will not be responsible for loss, damage or other consequences resulting from circumstances that are attributable to you, attributable to a third party unconnected with the provision of the travel services and which are unforeseeable or unavoidable, or caused by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

Nothing in these Booking Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects your statutory rights.

Governing law

These Booking Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
